Just like there is the necessity to construct authentic communist Marxist-Leninist parties, the same is true as for constituting an International of the same nature. Naturally, these two aspects of one single issue have to be addressed by the ideological struggle aiming at the defense of Marxism-Leninism in the respective matters.
